Assembly is an additional service costing PLN 249, available only when buying a bicycle from our range. We prepare the bicycle in our workshop before dispatch.

How we ship the bicycle
For shipping, the front wheel and pedals must be removed and the handlebars detached from the stem. Cables and hoses remain connected to avoid the need for readjustment.
Pedals: the left pedal has a left-hand thread and tightens anticlockwise. The right pedal tightens normally, clockwise.
In exceptional cases, removal of the front wheel for transport may require further front-brake adjustment after reassembly.
We recommend having assembly and adjustments carried out by a qualified bicycle workshop. If you do not select “Assembly” when buying, the seller accepts no responsibility for possible improper bicycle operation after the first assembly.
By selecting “Assembly”, the consumer agrees to performance starting before the withdrawal period expires.
If the service is fully performed before that period expires and the consumer has been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal for that service, the assembly charge is non-refundable if the consumer withdraws from the bicycle sale contract.
