  3. Products may be new, ex-display, ex-test or used. Each product’s condition is described in detail and shown in photographs.
  4. Optional extras (variants): when buying a bicycle, customers may select additional optional services and equipment. Each selected option is chargeable and increases the final product price:

In that event, the Shop will inform the customer of the additional payment required under the price list before processing the order.
  7. Prices shown are gross prices (including VAT) in PLN. Delivery charges are not included.

Additional information

The visual condition of products is shown in the listing photographs. Weights provided are approximate. Please consider purchases carefully — the rules for returns and complaints are consistent with our Allegro terms. Bicycle manufacturers may use components that differ slightly from catalogue specifications, including because of parts availability and ongoing production updates. Components differing from the specification are always identical or very similar in quality and function to those originally stated. Accordingly, for bicycles — particularly new, factory-packed bicycles — the seller reserves the possibility of minor specification differences that do not affect the overall quality, functionality or intended use of the product.

By selecting the “Assembly” service, the consumer also agrees to its performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires. If the service is fully performed before that period expires, and the consumer has been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal for that service, the assembly charge is non-refundable if the consumer withdraws from the bicycle sale contract. Legal basis: Article 38(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
